Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Philips account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

  Pack Your Product

  Place the item in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items to ensure a valid return process.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned electronics, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
